Is there a good tutorial/book for creating a quiz app for iOS 5? [closed]

I am new to iOS development and looking to create a quiz application which will be for ipad, iphone and itouch. It will ask a question, text based, and have four possible answers. After you select an answer, the system tells you if you are right or wrong and provides an explanation. It provides the percentage of correct answers.

I'm not sure how to go about creating this and wondered if anybody has read a book, seen a tutorial or could offer any advice that would explain this process?
